**TO OUR VALUED GUESTS** Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for you, and we want to provide the highest level of service for all our guests. To help ensure availability and fairness, we require a deposit to secure every appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your visit. **CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY** We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. - If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your new appointment—whichever you prefer. - For changes made within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be kept and a new deposit will be required to book again. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or adjusted to fit the remaining time, but your deposit will still apply. **NO-SHOW POLICY** If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. Please note: Clients with repeated no-shows may be restricted from booking future appointments. A credit card is required to book, and all deposits and fees are processed securely. **CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TEXT NOTIFICATIONS** As a courtesy, we’ll send an email and text message to confirm your appointment 72 hours before your scheduled date, plus an additional reminder 24 hours ahead. Please ensure we have your current contact information on file. While we do our best to remind you, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
